AE 611 Fluid Dynamics is a graduate level course offered to M.Tech. students in Thermal and Propulsion and PhD scholars.
The objective of this course is to uplift the basic knowledge in fluid dynamics to enable the advanced analysis of incompressible fluid flow processes using the solution of conservation laws’ formulations. Theoretical treatment shall include the kinematic descriptions of fluid motion, mathematical modeling of conservation laws, various applications of solutions of Navier-Stokes equations, potential flow analysis, boundary layer theory, and an introduction to turbulence.
